Americans oppose excessive, lobby-driven U.S. aid to Israel

When informed of its relative size, and why it is given, the majority of Americans year after year consistently say that US aid to Israel is too much.

For this February survey, we placed U.S. foreign aid to Israel in perspective, comparing it to the cost of rebuilding post-war Europe under the Marshall Plan. We also included the reason why the U.S. delivers the lion's share of its foreign aid budget to Israel—the Israel lobby's demands on Congress.

Question: Israel & its US lobby demanded Congress give Israel over $250 billion in foreign aid since 1948—far more than any other foreign country or to rebuild post-WWII Europe. It is:
